Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees

Our shipping and handling fee is a flat $10 Australia wide or FREE DELIVERY if you spend over $150 per transaction within Australia.

Orders from our website The Supplement Shack are dispatched to Australia Post within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we aim to always offer prompt and timely service. Delivery from Australia Post to you is estimated 1-3 days in Metro Areas and 1-5 days in Rural Areas.

All orders are freighted via Australia Post and are delivered right to your door, so please ensure you provide your full street address. The Supplement Shack cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.

Returns & Refunds

Here at The Supplement Shack, we care about your experience and want you, the customer, to always be happy and satisfied. If you are unhappy, please feel free to contact us, and let us resolve any issues. We are here to help.

To make a claim we request that you follow these steps:

Step 1. Send an email to info@thesupplementshack.com.au

Step 2. Provide the following details within the email:

  • - Your name and invoice number.
  • - Brief description of the problem you are experiencing
  • - Clear pictures of any damage or incorrect items

Step 3. To be eligible for a return, we may request that your unused item/s be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When returning an item, we highly recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking details to help ensure its safe arrival. We apologise, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.

Step 4. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Step 5. Once received, we will then organise to resend a brand new item/s or the correct item, depending on what the initial problem was.

Step 6. If you decide that you do not want your items resent, we are happy to refund your purchase. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and this is a non-refundable expense. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send notification by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Please Note

We want all customers to be satisfied with their orders, however if you simply don't like the taste of something, give it to a friend who will, as we cannot refund for this reason.

Change of Mind

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about a purchase and return it to us unopened and in re-saleable condition within 14 days, we will offer you a product exchange or a credit note.

For all returns we will require a Supplement Shack receipt (or proof of purchase) and we may require you to complete a brief return form.

If you have had an adverse reaction to a product, or simply don't like the taste, it doesn't necessarily mean that there is something wrong with the product itself. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Supplement Shack and we will always try to find a solution.
